I don’t, why would i expect a beginner to start a medium company? There are company levels for a reason lol. If the “beginner” works a couple jobs they will have multiple times the highest wage meaning they can cover the highest wage at least once as well as get resources required for production for at least one employee considered that item prices reflect wages. Ofc one employee isn’t a lot, but it takes time and work to grow a company. And there is for sure more than 1 player that wont comply, they just don’t express it in forum.
