Exactly bro people are offline for ages and still are not dead and taking precious lands

so i did some scouting and looking at dead retail i found 5 potential sellers 2 in new york 3 in chicago
they are
xdcd (unlikely)
math99(been offline for a month)
orphan(last online like a week ago)
kayden(last online today)
mkarim(last online today)
and apparently a lot of retail is run by what i'd consider dead accounts
like releaser(last online 2023)
and applestore(last online 28th of may 2024)
oh and alex(last online 30th of march 2024)

and thought of a idea if someone is offline for at least a year they are considerd dead and all properties are auctioned off
they keep their wallet and money from the auctions which is mirrored and put into stimulus to keep it in circulation
this prevents corpses owning land while still leaving them a chance and headstart if they ever rejoin and it doesn't devalue the Usd
potentially they would be in a frozen state not having homes though not dying from it

and i don't wanna keep editing this so i'm leaving it here though there are likely more options
