On average every 30 days your character will catch the flu. When you catch the flu, you lose 20% health and 50% energy. Note that you cannot go below 10% health by the flu, so you cannot be killed by the sickness directly.
To prevent getting the flu, you can buy Flu Vaccines from Retail Stores. Each used Flu Vaccine gives you 1 year of immunity to the flu.
