Hello!
A new MoneyGame update has just been released.
Much of the changed stuff has been "under the hood" to improve performance and future features of the game, but there are some changes that you players can also notice.
Experimental Experience System
Players will now accumulate Experience Points over time based on their net worth. The idea is that there is some kind of valuation to players that cannot be immediately moved to another account. This is an experimental feature, so bear in mind that the points can be adjusted or even removed in the future as we make further adjustments to the system.
You can see your points total in the dropdown menu (click top-right of the navigation bar) and the public profile page.
In the future, the experience points could possibly unlock new features not available to all players.

- The referrer wage bonus has been re-enabled, with the bonus percentage now set at 5.
- Added buttons to quickly share your referral link on Facebook and X.
- Company management page functions will now scroll the page up if the applicable edit form is out of view.
- Simplified the Reporting tool form for newspaper article and forum post reports.
- Fixed some graphical glitches for players with longer names.
- Fixed newspaper company list sorting not working together with the pagination.
- Added extra info to the company share auction bidding form to aid players against scamming.
- New bank loans are now capped to a daily interest rate of 25% and the unpaid loan amount will never go above 30 times the original amount.
- Fixed long threads not going to the correct page through the pagination links in the thread list.
- Game staff can no longer be appointed as CEO or Director of companies by regular players.
