I have a couple suggestions that might expand the game and keep its players while making it more fun.
First off: add more property and cities. currently there are a small amount of land and one man owns the vast majority of it.
Second: Im taking a couple of suggestions from other people but Add governments. They should be able to set interest rates, taxes, subsidies, and most importantly inflation. Inflation is needed for an expanding player base and giving the governments more money. Subsidies are needed for either struggling businesses or lowering prices. Taxes are needed to give the government more money.
How it should be elected. Elected council to make the decisions to prevent the monopolys making deions that only profit them. Need a new business for political campaigns to prevent to many candidates and fraud.
If The admin has motivatan issues for not being profitable add banner ads and make vip not free but it bans adds. just to make it more profitable
Im taking another suggestion from another person and its to add automation to. While it will lesson the amount of jobs it will add more use for other materials. Make it cost a certain amount of concrete, electricity, and money to automate a certain amount of jobs and each level automates more jobs. make it require a construction company to build it and for each level. Make it cost electricity and some money to run the automation.
Add more companies like maybe a mining one.
Add a progressively increasing tax on the wealthy and people holding a lot of property.
These are just some suggestions to make the game better and large. Because right now its incredibly difficult for beginners because of the closed economy and the monopolys owns there entire supply chain. and also one man controlling 70% of the property.
what if the government could own companies like a socialist economy and could enact policies to break the large companies stranglehold on the market and breaking bank debt in terms of the banks in millions of debt
also a minimum wage and the ability of the government to take land that is not being used and pay the people who own it they could then auction off the land or give it to certain companies
one last thing they are technically not monopolies as there is not a single company that controls a entire market however in certain places like retail or hotel areas are monopolized (don't remember which but in one marriot owns all of the hotels) also new markets would be good to have like tools which if a company such as food has the tools it increases production per worker which would make new markets for iron or wood or steel
well i perfer socialism where the state can reliably deliver certain services and goods allowing extortinate prices to die leaving room for good offers
For the capitalism or socialism, let the option of both.
Governments can do both, they have options for that, but it is for the players too chose.
That mean, we can have a capitalism state, or a socialism one, but for that, the ones in power have to choose, and they need to mentioned it in their campaign
so that, players can vote their futur government, and so futur economy
If they add a government they should make it so that, if you have land but you don't build anything on it for a week or 2 the government should take the land away from you.
Also I think that there should be 1 AI controlled retail store in every city because there is no food in the USA most of the time. AI controlled retail stores would be cheaper but their food would give 10% energy instead of 20% and they would have infinite stock. It would be better than not having any food.
