I think soon enough I will not be able to cope with the land tax...compared with Finland and Brazil.
I agree. The current flow of currency makes it extremely difficult to continuously afford the property tax.
Perhaps if it were more based on a % of net worth, or % whatever company is currently occupying that land space.
Is there any benefit to holding land at this point since demand is so low?
Shouldn't the land tax for finland now 10 eur per land?
